Tommy Williams, What can I say or not say good about this individual and his team? I was in the market looking for a house while being skeptical about who I wanted to assist me because we all know this day and time we must all be careful, especially when providing personal information. Anyway I came across this house I saw and Tommy was the realtor. Tommy continued to send me new listings of houses for sale but this particular day he added a message regarding the different programs that I could qualify for. I requested a call from Tommy he called at the requested time being very professional and very patient as I had several questions. I ended the phone call by saying okay I'll reach out to you when I'm ready. I called Tommy back two weeks later and said okay I'm ready to purchase a house. Tommy informed me of the process and we proceeded. Another listing of houses was emailed to me, I think I texted Tommy around 630am saying call me I like this house. Around 7 am Tommy texted and schedule my viewing for the next day. I advised him that I wanted the house. My new family member (House)is gorgeous. But what sold me with Tommy other than being very professional he was honest and upfront when it come to looking at a house. He informed me that some of the houses you see on the internet might not look that way in person so with that being said I kept that in mind. After seeing my new family member I was advised to contact another one of his team members name Robert Sisk. Robert was so easy to deal with he made the loan process easy and stress-free and he was available throughout the day by text, email, or call and best believe I utilized all three. Tommy Williams deserves more than 5 stars 🌟 if I had it my way his stars would continue nonstop but google stop at 5. If your looking for a realtor who is about working for their client, Tommy is your guy! Selling our home wasnt the easiest thing to do, but Tommy made the process so smooth! He was patient with us, and kept us consistently up to date every step of the way! When we would receive documents to sign and had no idea what it was for, he would break the terminology down without making us feel crazy! Lol He also answered our calls whether it was 8a or 12a, and was very quick to respond! Since selling with Tommy was a breeze, we look forward to working with him when buying our next home!

I've worked with Tommy to find a home twice now. The first time didn't go as planned, so I took a break searching after being outbid multiple times. After renting for a while, I decided it was time to start the search again, and Tommy was my guy. We just found a house for me, and I couldn't be more excited.
